TalentCan I create a Kasted profile for free?
Yes. Talent can create a profile, add portfolio work, browse public castings, and save opportunities without a paid subscription. Talent Pro adds the features listed on the Pricing page.
TalentWhat do I need before I can apply to a casting?
Complete onboarding, reach at least 75% profile completion, and add your name, role, profile photo, and portfolio work. Kasted checks this again on the server when you apply.
TalentCan I browse or save a casting before my profile is ready?
Yes. Profile readiness limits applications, not browsing or saving. You can keep a casting for later while you finish your profile.
TalentHow does representation affect applications?
Self-represented creatives can apply directly. A represented model or actor needs an active relationship with a Kasted agency before applying. The application stays tied to that agency relationship.
TalentDoes an external agency get access to my Kasted account?
No. An agency you disclose outside Kasted is informational only. It does not receive a login, permissions, messages, or control over your account.
TalentDoes Kasted guarantee castings or bookings?
No. Kasted provides professional profile, discovery, casting, and workflow tools. Approval, selection, and booking decisions remain with the relevant brand or agency.
BrandsHow can a brand use Kasted?
Approved brand accounts can publish casting briefs, discover talent, request applications, review applicants, save talent, and manage casting activity according to their plan or one-time product.
BrandsCan I pay for one casting instead of subscribing?
Yes. Brand one-time products are listed separately from recurring plans on the Pricing page. A subscription is better suited to ongoing casting volume.
BrandsWhat is a request to apply?
It is an invitation for a specific talent to consider and submit to a casting. Kasted routes represented talent through the appropriate agency workflow when an active Kasted relationship exists.
BrandsCan brands contact represented talent directly?
Kasted blocks direct-contact paths that would bypass an active Kasted agency. Representation-aware contact and casting workflows keep the correct agency involved.
BrandsCan anyone publish a casting?
No. Casting tools belong to approved business accounts and are limited by the active subscription or one-time entitlement. Kasted may review, restrict, or remove unsafe or misleading castings.
AgenciesWhat can an Agency account do?
Approved agencies can maintain a public agency profile, manage representation relationships and roster activity, respond to brand requests, and suggest relevant castings to represented talent.
AgenciesCan an agency submit an application as the talent?
No. The supported launch workflow does not impersonate talent. An agency can suggest or approve a casting path, then the talent submits the application from their own account.
AgenciesHow does a talent join an agency roster?
The agency and talent complete the representation invitation and acceptance workflow. Only an active Kasted representation relationship counts as roster membership and application routing authority.
AgenciesAre Agency accounts reviewed?
Yes. Agency accounts are manually reviewed before roster and representation tools are opened. The review helps protect talent, brands, and existing agency relationships.
AgenciesHow many team members can an agency add?
Team-seat limits depend on the selected Agency plan. The current seat allowance and included tools are shown in the Agency section of Pricing.
BillingCan I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Kasted offers monthly and yearly choices for recurring plans where both are configured. Pricing shows the real annual total and the savings compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
BillingAre one-time products subscriptions?
No. One-time products purchase a specific entitlement, such as a casting post or agency opportunity. They are displayed separately from recurring plans.
BillingAre the prices on the site the checkout prices?
The Pricing page reads from the same billing-plan configuration used by checkout. Taxes or provider-specific payment details may still appear during checkout where applicable.
BillingDo plans guarantee visibility or results?
No. Paid plans provide product access, limits, and tools. They do not guarantee discovery ranking, applications, representation, selection, or bookings.
BillingWhere do I get help with a charge or subscription?
Use the billing controls available in your account first. If the issue remains, contact contact@kasted.co from the email connected to the account.
SafetyWho can use Kasted?
Kasted is currently an adult-only platform. Users must be at least 18 and accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy during signup.
SafetyHow do I report a suspicious casting or profile?
Use the report control when it is available on the relevant surface, or email contact@kasted.co with the profile or casting link and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
SafetyDoes Kasted verify every claim on a profile?
No. Verification and review signals have specific meanings and do not guarantee every statement, credit, agency relationship, or project outcome. Use professional judgment and report anything suspicious.
SafetyWhat should I do if there is immediate danger?
Contact local emergency services first. Kasted support can preserve platform records and review account activity, but it is not an emergency service.
